About the Space
Perfect for photoshoots, commercials, and music videos, with a wide variety of micro-environments to provide robust options. Parts of it already featured on Good Morning America with Bebe Rexha, Whiz Khalifa and others. The space is balanced outside with a cactus garden, fireplace, seating areas, and murals throughout. Very interesting urban LA river access in back.

We have 5 spaces in front. Street parking. A free after hours lot nearby. And several lots available for rental.
General Rules
Outside catering is allowed; best option front parking lot. Please care for art and plants. Minimum re-arrangement.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
The security devices preside over the main interior, front door/parking, and the back courtyard. They can easily be turned off.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Interiors cleaned and disinfected between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
