About the Space
This space is a blank canvas for anyone who needs photos taken. The space available has a door that closes and can be used to create TikToks, website photos, shoot commercials, etc. This space has no windows so you are able to create your own lighting and atmosphere. Space is able to fit backdrops, lights, tripod, etc. Tables are available for small conferences and meetings. First floor access with no stairs.

It's a relatively quiet space. It's in an office building with other business owners so there are no loud noises, street noises, etc. I record my podcast in this space.

There is a camera in the lobby/reception of the office the space is located in, as well as a space that holds inventory for an online store. These cameras remain on. There's no cameras in the action space - just in the common spaces of the whole office.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space belongs to a commercial cleaning business - it's cleaned often.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
