About the Space
My DREAM studio in the heart of Tampa. The studio is located in a 114 year old Santaella cigar factory building. There are tons of options with furniture, pops of jewel tones, and also a beautiful clawfoot tub surrounded by plants where we can do milk bath sessions and more. Lighting description
There are windows facing north with blackout curtains. I also have a v-flat when I need to make it darker. Lighting is pretty consistent throughout the day, being brightest in the late morning/early afternoon.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
There is a window AC unit. I do not hear my neighbors from inside the studio and very little street noise, but I do hear sirens when they're nearby.

Electrical system description
Many outlets, I am not sure of the power rating because it is an old building, but I do have a water heater and mini fridge that run fine. Circuit breaker - take a left down the hallway to the end.

General Rules
Those renting the studio must be a registered business and have liability insurance with a policy of at least $1,000,000. I will need proof of insurance with my business name Regina as The Photographer and studio address 1906 N Armenia Ave, Suite 207, Tampa, Florida 33607 listed as the certificate holder.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
