Seamless indoor and outdoor flow. 5 bedrooms en-suite including two spacious primaries with tubs, showers, double vanities, makeup vanities and walk-in closets. Sliding glass doors outline the property with en-suite beds with walk-in-closets that open to a sunny deck, pool and spa or yard. Additional permitted structure used as a screening room but can be converted into pretty much anything. Sleek chef's kitchen with oversized island, two ovens, two dishwashers, two sinks, exterior access for caterers or maid, 150 bottle wine cellar, stainless steel 6-burner stovetop & open flow to formal dining or living room that open to the outdoors. Elevated backyard vantage point and a full roof deck atop the property offers a unique shooting opportunity with unobstructed city views! - Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We rented this gorgeous home for a small film shoot and it couldn't have been more perfect! We had a crew/talent of 20 people and the home was large enough to comfortably set up all of our film equipment and build a small set. The spacious kitchen was perfect for craft services and the dining room was great for setting up our offices for the day. The home is bright and airy and you can't beat the outside space and views. But best of all was the incredible hospitality from Sophie and Ron. They were more than accommodating, incredibly communicative and helpful and so very friendly! We couldn't have asked for a better space. Thank you Sophie and Ron!
