About the Space

This house is perfect for lifestyle photo shoots. The bright white walls make for a simple backdrop and bright natural photos. The space can be used to shoot movies, photo shoots, lifestyle videos, product content, etc. Our space is a 3-bedroom house located in NE Philly. This beautifully modern designed home has a living room with a bay window, beautiful greyish laminated floors, a well-lit dining room, 1.5 baths, Sauna, a jacuzzi tub, a stand-up shower, a primary bedroom, and a home office. Each area in the home is great for lifestyle photos. The kitchen is also available for use during your stay. We're currently located less than 10 minutes from I-95 and Roosevelt Blvd. We also have free street parking.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

The pictures posted doesn’t do it justice! Space was great and clean. The flow of the house was exactly what we needed. Our team was able to achieve our goals for the shoot. The host is kind, accommodating, and answered questions promptly. I would definitely book again.
