When you enter through the front door, the beautiful wood work shines through and there is a quaint sitting nook right off the front of the home, good for reading a book, sharing a conversation or entertaining guests on arrival. The rooms are bathed in natural light with original leaded glass windows and period features throughout the home, complimented by high-end modern appliances and tasteful and comfortable furnishings. This listing is for the entire house, including all of the spacious and stylish indoor and outdoor usable space. Guest access: You will have access to all areas of the house and all of the backyard including the hot tub, firepit, and 3-4 parking spots in the driveway. Other things to note The house is in the heart of downtown Redwood City, one block to numerous restaurants and shops, cafes, Fox Theatre, Century 20 movie theatre, Club Fox, Whole Foods, Safeway, Grocery Outlet, CalTrain, you name it. The house is zoned commercial and residential, and surrounded by commercial buildings including three restaurants next door, one that have had bands playing well past midnight. As such, a reasonable amount of crowd and music outside until late hours is not an issue.
