Fully equipped event & meeting facility in the San Fernando Valley. Located conveniently near the corner of Nordhoff and Topanga Canyon Blvd., in Chatsworth, CA, access is easy via the 118 or 101 Freeways. The facility hosts a number of spaces that can accommodate anything from 600 people in theatre style down to meeting/training/seminar spaces for small groups/organizations. We can do it all! Ample adjacent and dedicated parking (including 12 handicapped spaces), and a state-of-the-art audio and video system makes this the perfect choice for your meeting, training event, wedding or reception.

Facility is cleaned prior to and at the conclusion of all events held within the facility.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
