About the Space
Mid-century modern Eichler with great views for your film, commercial or photoshoot. The tranquil plant-lined atrium leads to an open plan kitchen and dining room. Walls of glass along the entire back of the property frame awesome views over the adjacent canyon with amazing colors at sunrise and sunset. The back yard has plum, apple and persimmon trees that overlook an acre of natural habitat.

All high-touch surfaces are disinfected and cleaned before and after each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
