About the Space

NEIGHBORHOOD This gorgeous pink studio is located in a resdential building in the Ditmas Park(Flatbush area) neighborhood. We are 30 mins from Manhattan and a few feet from the B41 and 10 mins walk from both the Q train (Cortelyou) and the 2&5 train ( Beverly) SPACE This space is perfect for photo and video shoots as it has lots of natural light beaming from two large windows perfect for beauty,bridal,fashion and portrait shoots... You name it About the decor and furnishing; the pink section features a 10 ft pink feather wall outfitted with a pink retro phone, while channeling a vintage and urban eye with couch and chair hedged by pink palm installation, behind the sofa. For a added bonus the there is a pink inflatable couch. Our vintage clawfoot tub has a spilt personality as it has pink side but also black side. There is also a floral arrangement that can be removed if not needed and also pit balls at client request. Gracing our beautiful windows are gold shelves furnished for the the perfect shot. The 8ft backdrop is prefect for all you portrait needs. White backdrop is provided. Addition colors and Muslin cloths are available. There is a clothing rack, steamer and hangers. DETAILS There are four (4) outlets in the room with basement access to the circuit breaker, if needed. A retractable ceiling plug is provide. We are located on the 1st floor and wheelchair accessible. A bluetooth speaker, is provided as well as complimentary bottled water. There is a 5 guest maximum. Larger groups may be considered on a case by case basis and there would be a additional fee of $50 per person added to your booking amount.

We are the only occupants on the 1st floor,in a courtyard away from the hustle and bustle, so you won't be disturbing anyone/neighbors. The room is super quite even white all the appliances running.

General Rules

General Rules FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION Please be upfront with your booking request and we can best accommodate your shoot. If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please contact us using the "Message Host" button on the listing page to discuss details, pricing and availability. Please include the following in your inquiry: * Total number of attendees * Desired date(s) * Exact hours you will need, including load-in/load-out, setup and breakdown * Equipment & lighting specs Other Things to Note: *Moving furniture is allowed but must be approved. Outside props are welcomed. Furniture can be carefully moved but must be put back in place, without damaging the floors. *Due to the light color of the furniture, food and drinks must only be consumed before arival. If you are wearing denim or other clothing items that might bleed onto the light colored furniture, a towel can be provided, to sit on. *Shoe covers will be provided to each guest upon arrival and must be worn throughout the duration of the shoot, with the exception of the talent. *No Smoking is permitted. Not even in the front of the building. We want all guests to experience a clean, smoke free environment. There is a $300 additional cleaning fee if smoke is detected. *Music is permitted but must be kept at a reasonable level as to not disturb the residents. *Guests can protect themselves from expensive damages by purchasing additional day-of event insurance from, The Event Helper. *No Pets allowed. *No access to any storage areas such as closets, cabinets, and dressers *Renter must leave studio as they found it. *Guest must dispose of garbage and recycled items according to city laws. *The floor has to be in “Broom condition" *The space is available 7 dyays from 8am-9pm *All bookings start and end times are inclusive of setup and breakdown time *Front door must be shut firmly and locked *No additional guest will be permitted outside of amount noted in booking *Guest is responsible for all equipment, facilities, amenities, and the unit itself during their stay. Any loss, damage, or theft of any of the aforementioned properties is the sole responsibility of the Client/Renter, and they will be charged for the amount of replacement/repair immediately. All ages are allowed in the space Depending on the scale of your shoot, productions insurance may be required. There is a $50 fee for every person over 5. Furniture and decorations may be moved Furniture can be moved but must be put back in place. No confetti, fur or any material difficult to clean up. No smoke machines allowed Nudity is allowed. please request camera disconnection
