About the Space

Perfect for lifestyle and wellness shoots and small retreats or friends and family gatherings. Featuring 2 indoor bedrooms, one with a large ensuite bath and multi jet tub. Outdoors there are two more sleeping areas, one is a she shed, another is a garage w/ one king and one single bed (both on wheels) Indoors: A serene living space great for group lounging and conversation. Includes a kitchen that is not large but functional. Note this is probably not a place to host dinner parties but a great place for gathering. Outdoors: A magical space to relax and connect in small groups underneath a huge eucalyptus tree, around the firepit, and at the spa—using the outdoor sauna, outdoor tub and cold plunge. The garage is converted to a multi purpose/living/shoot space for maximum flexibility. The beds are on wheels as are the workbenches. There are also plant trellis walls to help divide up the space in inventive ways. Features: There are 3 electric bikes available for guest use. High speed internet Nest AC Frame TV Availability: All bookings require a 5-Hour Minimum Monday-Friday | 8AM-10PM Weekends | Full Day Convenience Just 1.5 hours from LA, and 5 minutes from downtown Ojai. 10 minutes to Farmer and the Cook. 3 minutes from the Deer Lodge.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
