Executive 12-seat conference room located in the Wild Basin office in Austin.​ The office center is located off of the Capital of Texas Highway near the Wild Basin Nature Reserve, nestled among hills and trees that sprawl north of Downtown Austin.​ The meeting room is convenient and affordable with full inventory. The room is equipped with a whiteboard, a phone, and high-speed Wi-Fi access. It's perfect for accommodating company meetings, team and partner meetings, pitches, presentations, board meetings, depositions, workshops/classes, negotiations, and interviews.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

No, I would not book again.

The space was excellent. I loved the location nestled in the hills of Austin. Very attractive office building. The front office staff was very helpful and friendly. The conference room was roomy, very comfortable, and I loved the chairs. The media equipment was very easy to use and hook up to my computer. It helped my presentation. All the Travel Professionals that came were impressed with the concept and planned on passing the word on. Brenda was a pleasure to work with.
