About the Space
Do you need a concert venue? place for a party? videos? holiday party? We have two stages and a full A/V setup complete with lighting. We have a full bar and room to have wither food trucks or outside catering. We have full air conditioning. There is a private entrance and a green room for bands or changing.

There is some on-site parking and also a lot of parking off site with some metered parking and street parking
General Rules
No smoking indoors. No drugs. No fighting. No underage drinking. No loitering outside in parking lot. Must keep alcohol inside. No outrageous activity and No public drunkenness.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are cameras outside for the parking lot and at all four corners of building. no cameras inside.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a crew of janitors that can be hired. We make sure all is cleaned and sanitized before and after each event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
