About the Space
This space is made up of three recording studio control rooms, two isolation rooms, one larger recording room, and a spacious lounge. Each room has speakers and video monitors. The lounge space is great for 20 -30 person gatherings with a large screen (60") video display, DJ decks, and a sound system (Mackie Thumps). The sound system in the lounge connects to the live recording room with a Dante network. There is a small kitchen & wet bar area with a refrigerator and water cooler. There is one unisex bathroom. No shower.

Parking description
There is paid parking right next door and free street parking. There is additional facility parking around the corner in our private parking alley. 1-3 spots depending on the time of the booking.

Lighting description
There are no windows. There are skylights in the lounge and the large recording room. We have UV covering on these but no blackout. It is possible to cover them externally if needed.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
Each room has a mini split AC that can be individually controlled. They are whisper quiet. The street is generally quiet and the back rooms have zero noise. The front lounge has some street noise but very minimal.

There are multiple rooms to choose from so it depends on size and proximity to the room the shoot will be in.

The circuit breaker is in Studio control room B. There is ample power.

General Rules
Both common areas and the kitchen are included in a standard rental. Individual recording rooms may be added at an additional fee. No smoking inside the building. Outside catering, beverages (including alcohol) are permitted. No underage minors if alcohol is served without food.

Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be moved but we prefer the wall decorations to remain in place.
Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras are located at the entrance, top of stairs (the facility is on the second floor), and entrance to the studios. They can be disabled during rental times.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
In-house staff disinfects and cleans all surfaces in between bookings. Hand sanitizer and wipes are provided for guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
