About the Space

Now available for rent on Boston’s beautiful North Shore. Scout features 16ft ceilings, ample parking and ground level load-in with 20ft cyc-wall and over 2000 sq/ft. Conveniently located near two major highways less than 30 minutes north of Boston. Skip the city traffic and enjoy ample parking and ground level load in. The booking includes 8 c-stands, v-flats, sandbags and apple boxes. A rolling 8x8 wall is available on request. The studio is also equipped with a hair & makeup station, steamer, rolling racks, hangers, tables and chairs.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
