About the Space
This multipurpose space holds up to 24 guests. Space includes audio hook up, whiteboard, paper pad easel, wifi, disinfectant supplies, foldable tables and chairs. It is approximately 800 square feet of space with plenty of room to keep your guests happy! Seminars, training, and workshops are welcome.

General Rules
- Pets are not allowed
- No parties, bridal showers, DJ, etc... allowed
- Feel free to bring in food and non-alcoholic beverages
- No smoking inside the building or space
- No use of alcohol or drugs of any kind inside the building or space
- Designated smoking area outside.
- Booking times include set up & breakdown
- The renter assumes responsibility for himself / herself and any individuals who enter the space during the renter’s designated time
- You must remain professional at all times
- Respect the rules at all times
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras are in place per owner of building.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
If you have any questions or concerns regarding our cleaning process please let us know. We appreciate all feedback from our customers.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
