Our sunny 3 bedroom home on the hill is full of natural light and would be the perfect backdrop for photographers/content creators. Located less than 5 minutes from downtown St. Paul, the space includes a chef-inspired kitchen, marble baths w/heated floors, a cozy backyard garden area and an inviting front porch. The spacious main level includes two large living areas with high ceilings plus a formal dining room, kitchen & powder bath. Several rooms include dimmable lighting. The fully-functional elegant kitchen boasts state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, a large marble island for prep and gathering, separate cooktop w/griddle, and professional double French door oven. It would be perfect for staging cookware/kitchenware, or demonstrating cooking techniques. Follow our grand staircase upstairs, and you'll find the master/primary bedroom suite, which features a large marble bathroom with luxury shower, skylight and separate claw-foot soaking tub. This amazing bathroom would be ideal for showcasing bath or health/beauty products! This level includes two additional bedrooms as well as another luxury marble bathroom with heated floors. All bedrooms have closets with hangers if needed for costumes/staging, and there is a steamer and iron/board in the master bedroom closet. Accessibility: Please note that there are stairs that will need to be navigated in order to reach the home from the street. Additionally, the 3 bedrooms in the home are upstairs.
