As you walk into The Calliope Suite, you will be engulfed by floor to ceiling natural light through airy creamy curtains. This space includes a dreamy floor length ornate mirror, a stunning feathered chandelier, and a gorgeous vintage settee love seat and chair. When you pass through the suite, you'll be welcomed by fleur corner - a wall of flowers that change with the seasons, an ornate chandelier and our beautiful vintage velvet navy settee. As you wander through to the back of the suite, you'll find an additional photo space where natural light bounces through large front windows and monochromatic drapes and against moody emerald walls and ceiling. Enjoy our mobile fireplace mantle equipped with wheels to ensure you get the perfect placement you desire for your photos. This suite includes a private bathroom, a large fan, and we encourage you to enjoy music during your muse session on our bluetooth speaker

This suite includes 3 separate rooms. Each could be used for staging.

Ample outlets with 20-amp circuits

1. Non-affixed in-suite furniture may be moved within each section of the suite. DO NOT “drag” any furniture as it will causes damage. Please note that a lot of the furniture is vintage and, while durable, we request that you handle with love and care. No standing or climbing on furniture. 2. Please park towards the rear of the building to minimize possibility of vehicle entering into view of photoshoots. 3. Music/voices are to be kept at reasonable levels and the doors closed at all times. 4. No smoking or vaping inside and/or on the Studio property. 5. Stay within the space rented and do not wander or try to open any other doors. 6. Minimize traffic through front exterior if “exterior add-on” not selected. 7. Minors must be chaperoned at all times. 8. Be sure all exterior doors are locked upon completion of your reservation 9. No pets allowed unless previously given special approval. Pets must be leashed and chaperoned at all times. We kindly ask that they remain off of furniture and are cleaned up after if anything left behind. 10. All small and/or hard to clean material ie confetti/ sand/ body glitter or oil/ glitter/ smoke bombs/ etc. are prohibited. Damage fees apply. 11. No food, or alcohol allowed unless previously given special approval.

Furniture cannot be dragged. Wall decorations cannot be moved.
