About the Space
Perfect for photoshoots & video shoots with 1-6 people! The entire space can hold 10-12 people, but only about 6 people max in the main room. This space offers a unique grunge chic music themed vibe with moody lighting and band instrument accents. Including guitars, amps and a large windows for endless lighting options. You can use the space for unique headshots, music videos, product videos and more. All the instruments are props only and cannot be used, but the room can be rearranged if needed.

Lighting description
Four large open windows each with their own individual bamboo curtains. When the curtains are down the room gets natural beams of light passing through the windows, which is especially noticeable with the use of our haze machine. Exterior light can be controlled by blocking off windows from the outside or inside of the house; both are easily accessible. The room is brightest during the morning and daytime, and less bright in the evening/night.

You can hear an occasional large truck driving by outside the house, but the neighborhood is quiet most of the time.

Equipment can be loaded through the front door, which is 33" wide x 79" tall. The entrance does not require a ramp.

Four power outlets located in the room, and several outlets located outside the room.

Besides the upstairs bathroom, other rooms in the house are not for use.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
You are responsible for leaving the place as it was when you arrived. Additional props are welcome, they just need to be cleaned up afterwards.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
