Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:

Absolutely amazing experience every time I use this studio. My favorite and especially since it’s so close to me and not in Los Angeles :)

Yes, I would book again.

Really lovely team! I booked really late at night the day before and I was so happy with the space and the management. I also came unprepared and asked if they had anything I could use and Chris was happy to help, who was also so knowledgeable! Had an excellent shoot :) Will definitely be back!!

Cyc wall was nice and clean. Also saw that the space was updated with new sets for the Holidays, so that was neat. Would book again!

Enrique was a great host and very accommodating. The space was just as advertised for the music video I was shooting. The different props and sets allowed us to be creative. Highly recommend for your next shoot.
