About the Space
Our sunny 3 bedroom home on the hill is full of natural light and features a chef-inspired kitchen with deluxe SS Viking professional series appliances, marble baths w/heated floors & a cozy backyard garden area and front porch. The spacious main level includes two large living areas with high ceilings plus a formal dining room, kitchen & powder bath. The kitchen includes state-of-the-art appliances, a large island for prep and gathering, separate cooktop w/griddle, and professional double French door oven. This level also includes a powder bath off the kitchen near the back entry. Follow our grand staircase upstairs, and you'll find the master/primary bedroom suite, which features a large marble bathroom with luxury shower, skylight and separate claw-foot soaking tub. This level includes two more bedrooms and an additional luxury marble bathroom with heated floors. Accessibility: Please note that there are stairs that will need to be navigated in order to reach the home from the street. Additionally, the 3 bedrooms in the home are upstairs. Please also note that there are occasions when we are not booked weekdays (Mon-Thurs) when we may be able to provide a last-minute discount, or allow reduced minimum hours. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Having my wedding here was the best decision of my life. I could go on and on about how gorgeous this place is. The pictures don’t do it justice. Stephanie was amazing and didn’t mind me last minute adding more time so we can make sure we had time to clean up. I think the biggest thing I wanted was not to be anxious about someone else’s property. Some places on here ask for guest not to wear shoes and says we can’t move furniture and such. So I was struggling finding a place that’s okay with all that. The simple rule of make the place look like the way you found it. We sure did. All my family helped clean up. I wish I could stay here for a whole week this is my dream house. I definitely will have to rent it again for an anniversary or something. My wedding was magical. All our guest were in shocked how beautiful this place was and it was affordable. Thank you for giving us a safe space and communication was on point.
