NOTICE: This property is now leased and operated by a Private Membership Association and is open to registered members only, NOT the general public. Membership is free and valid for one year from registration. The Association uses Peerspace to process payments. No public "open house parties" are allowed. This home was designed with entertaining in mind. You will love the massive eat-in kitchen and dining area -- all one LARGE room to facilitate amazing events. Open the large sliding glass doors of the home to allow the inside activities to flow out onto the patio and pool deck outside. Price includes the use of one full bathroom (with tub + shower) that opens onto the patio. NOTE: Use of beds/bedrooms is NOT INCLUDED unless otherwise specified and booked. The pool and heated spa run on a salt- and chlorine-free EcoSmarte system -- it feels like swimming in bottled water! The covered patio with Phantom Screens offers bar-top seating for 3 + table seating for 6. You can bring in caterers and additional tables + chairs onto the spacious paved deck and garden area to create a fully customized lavish celebration to suit any and all of your needs. Sedona by Lynx gas grill with rotisserie and hood Bar refrigerator Sink The spiral staircase leads to the upper deck + sun deck with more seating and a foosball table. You can move furniture, as long as you put it back where it was before you moved it (please take photos before moving to ensure proper placement). Do NOT put indoor furniture outside or vice versa.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
