About the Space
Outstanding creative Photography/Video or offsite space located in the design district of San Francisco. Our primary "shooting" space is approximately 45' long by 25' wide with 15 foot high ceilings and an incredible full space skylight featuring diffused natural light. This skylight can be fully blacked out for a small fee. Other spaces included in the rental are our kitchenette, changing room (With acoustic tiles for sound capturing) and a lounge/green room that work very well as an offsite meeting or craft area. We offer some equipment with the rental (8 C-Stands and Sandbags) and have other items available for rental.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We loved the space and envision it being perfect for a variety of occasions. Elliott and John were wonderful to work with and they helped make our son's birthday party a really great experience. They were extremely kind and generous with their space and we are so glad that theirs was the space we chose.

It was my first time renting this studio and I had a fantastic experience . The team at Jettison was great, welcoming and super professional. They made feel like I was in my own studio. The space is great, very well set up . It has a large shooting area with multiple angles to shoot from, a green room, a make-up room, a bar with a fridge and a nice Italian espresso coffee machine. The furniture feels high end design, a change from the other places that have cheap Ikea stuff. The studio is very well located in a nice neighborhood. It is on the street level with a roll-up door which is very convenient We just parked the car in front to unload directly into the shooting area. This is one of the features that I always look for in a rental studio, especially when when every minute counts. I’ll definitely rent it again, it is now at the top of my list

Perfect space for any kind of production! I booked this space for a video production. John was the most accommodating host ever, he would check in and see if we were ever in need of anything. We needed the top down windows blacked out as we needed to control our lighting. John was more than happy to have the space blacked out for us before we got there. The garage door was perfect for loading equipment and gear in and out. The space was big/deep enough to have a seamless, demonstration table, 4-camera set up, and lighting rigs. Power outlets line the sides of the space, so you’re able to easily find power for your gear. There’s a paid parking lot on the same block that closes at 5 or 6pm and another, one block down, that doesn’t close. 10/10 would recommend for any kind of production.
