The space is curated beautifully. Unfortunately, the patio is not safe to utilize considering the crumbling wood and staircase- which takes away the usage of the projector screen. It was not until the rental date I was aware of this danger hazard. I also had to search for certain items that you would've expected to be in their obvious placement. For an example, all the restrooms were missing hand soap. Two of the rooms have light switches, but did not work. Lamps are in the the two rooms, but they are dimmer lamps.

The DC home was every bit as beautiful, luxurious, and spacious as the photos indicated. The nicely-appointed, immaculate home was ideal and had everything we needed to enjoy a milestone birthday celebration with friends and family in a welcoming and cozy setting. The deck on the upper level provided a nice space for guests to sit, talk, and enjoy the fresh air in a quiet neighborhood while others gathered in the living room and dining room. Everyone had a wonderful and memorable time, thanks to the host Cher, who made her home and its perfect amenities available precisely during the time we needed. Our guests were so thoroughly impressed with the house. They expressed an interest in making arrangements to book it for their own events. We will definitely request availability for this lovely space again.
