About the Space
Our spacious backyard is perfect for small weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, etc! We have large yard equipped with a built in grill, outdoor private bathroom, a king dining table (16 chairs), a kids table (8 chairs), a fire pit, a fire place, a lounge area, a kids playground and playhouse, and also a massive pool! (Please note: we use swimply if you would like to rent the pool space- pool space is visible but locked for peer space rentals due to insurance). - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

My husband and I chose this space to host an intimate wedding celebration with our family, and it was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space for our group of just under 30 people. A large factor of me booking this space was the gorgeous outdoor dining area under the greenery, and it was just as magical in person. We also has about 10 young children, so the small outdoor play area was 10/10 for them. Julie was so kind showing us around when we arrived, I would highly recommend this venue and would rent it again.

This was my first time using Peerspace. I used Julie’s space to host my sisters baby shower. Julie was so easy to work with. She was very quick to respond to emails for any questions I had and was there the day of the event in the morning to help with any last minute details/ questions. Her space is so beautiful and really is perfect for intimate to medium size gatherings. I received so many compliments on how beautiful the space was. Julie was also very accommodating and flexible if I wanted to adjust the time. I would definitely rent this space again for any future events!

The shadow hills location was perfect for my guest to get to .We had family flying in from Burbank which was perfect .The location offered breathtaking views and it far surpassed my expectations. The setting was stunning, with tasteful furnishings and flawless attention to detail. The stunning settings mesmerized our friends. It was definitely an unforgettable experience. I absolutely loved this venue! It is sooo beautiful and everyone raved about how nice it was. If you think the pictures online are nice, it’s even better in person! The bathroom is literally like a spa. Julie is so accommodating and sweet. I would highly recommend this venue and would rent it again in a heartbeat.
