Welcome to my mind, body, and spirit fitness studio. This place is personal for me because I designed it based on a reflection of nature which helped transform me mentally, physically, and spiritually. As you enter the room, it’s like entering into another realm. It’s truly a therapy session itself, pictures do no justice compared to the feeling you get when you enter the room. I built it to be an escape from the outside world, and a place to focus more on balancing yourself. Change the mood with our remote controlled light settings, to make the room a totally different room with our “glow in the dark” paint. Want to relax and watch a movie with friends, turn on our projector, and embrace the comfort of our bean bag chairs. Meditation can be quite intense in here, with our waterfall therapy, ceiling clouds, galaxy lights, healing crystals, and more to help put you at ease. The aroma therapy will enlighten your mood upon entry, the energy is just right to ensure the best workout, events, photo shoots, video shoots, and more. If you enjoy the beauty of art, the beauty of nature, and the beauty of life this is the place for you.
