THIS ROOM ALONE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES. Search for our OTHER LISTINGS: "Rooms 1 & 2 combined" or "Entire Studio" for parties/events. We offer state of the art integrated sound system, brand new spring dance floors, high ceilings, beautiful chandeliers, central AC, a reception area with restrooms, a large parking lot, and large windows with white etheral curtains to create well-lit space, we can accomodate a variety of needs. We know you'll enjoy the beauty and positive energy of this space! Accent Dance Studios is a 2,500 sq. ft. dance center with 3 large dance studios totalling over 1,900 sq. ft. This space is fully equipped for an array of events. Room #2: 473 sq. ft. 19.7W × 24.2L 10.8 ft. Ceilings

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Such a great place to have rehearsal! Rima is very nice and the location was easy to find. Great parking and a good sound system to use. We were in room 2 which was spacious and very lean. Locking up was easy as well. We will be back!

I really love this space! The mirrors, the sound system, the easy access. I will say the people next door were very loud this time and it was very distracting for me and the girl I was giving voice lessons to, but that’s not the company’s fault. Just know you may come and not be able to focus on you because the neighboring studios can get loud.
