General Rules **MUST READ THIS PRIOR TO BOOKING** For the safety and security of all guests in the property: ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN: Detailed check-in instructions will be sent via Peerspace messaging upon booking confirmation. Please read your messages PRIOR to check-in. Quiet hours are between 11pm - 9am. OVERTIME / ADDITIONAL FEES: If OT is needed, please notify the host at least 30 mins before checking out to ensure it is feasible. Overtime will be billed at a rate of 1.5x our stated hourly rate. This is for early arrivals or late check outs. The smartlock will detect early entry or late lockup. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your reservation. CLEANING / DAMAGES: Guests are expected to respect the space and we kindly ask that all guests tidy up after themselves. Please place all used dishes in the sink, dispose of all used perishable items in the trash. Guests must remove any and all equipment you bring in, and this setup/breakdown time should be factored in your reservation hours. No glitter, confetti or feathers! NO SMOKING OR FIRE: No open fire or illegal drugs is allowed anywhere in our home. Guests may smoke outside. FURNITURE / DECOR: Please do not move or dismount any fixed furniture items (nightstands, thermostat, fridge, etc.). Furniture and other smaller items may be moved as long as they are moved CAREFULLY (PICKED UP AND NOT DRAGGED ACROSS THE FLOORS OR WALLS) and returned to its original location upon arrival. Please take care of the space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed at a fee $50-$550 to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Please do not tamper, block, cover, or disconnect any door locks/devices (TV, appliances, etc.) from the WiFi unless directed by the host. We are notified if done so, your booking will be subjected to cancellation. Hide All ages are allowed in the space Production insurance is required Furniture and decorations may be moved Items may be moved but must be returned to original location. Security cameras and recording devices There are outside cameras used for security purposes. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement. FEES RANGING ($100-$550) WILL BE CHARGED IF HOUSE RULES ARE NOT OBEYED.
