About the Space

Omni Studios is a community space for movement arts in the Temescal neighborhood of Oakland, CA. Could it be a home for your community too? There are 3 spaces offered in this studio: 1 - the Main studio, 2 - the Back studio, and 3 - the Front studio. This listing is for the Main Studio. The other two have separate listings. The Main Studio is a ~1500 SF space comprised of a dance space with hardwood flooring + a comfortable lounge with seating and kitchen sink + 2 restrooms. It is commonly used for activities like dance classes, yoga, and meditation. We think it could also make a great space for general events, and we can help provide tables and chairs if needed. Price is $75 / hr. All rentals receive complimentary access to 1 - our lounge (~300 SF), which comes with comfortable seating, a mini kitchen, and 2 restrooms (one with a shower). 2- our "front porch" (~300 SF), which comes with seating and an awning to protect from rain. Yes, I would book again.

I threw a surprise birthday party for my spouse and the place was perfect, super spacious and came with amazing sound system. Rules weren’t very clear from the beginning but it’s okay. Sound system was a little complicated to learn but in an hour or 2 I’ve got the hang of it. Would definitely recommend this place anyone looking for something spacious! Thanks to the owner I had an amazing night.

Yes, I would book again.

Great experience from beginning to end! Iman is amazing. Communi+cation and Customer service superb. Location beyond my expectations. Very nice, clean and spacious with 3 different areas to rent. Sound system and lighting superb. Two bathrooms. One full and one half. DEFINITELY A MUST TO BOOK AGAIN. THANK YOU IMAN.
