Hi I'm Chance! Welcome to our studio. We are located just outside of Beverly Hills along LA's historic Miracle Mile district. Our clean, professional and intimate creative space is perfect for photography shoots, social campaigns, fashion editorial shoots, product photography, creative content shoots, commercial spots, music videos, album cover shoots and more. We offer a ~blank space~ to create. The studio features an L-shaped cyclorama wall (16' x 9' x 12'), green screen capabilities and a variety of colored seamless backdrops. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING!! RGB COLORED STAGE LIGHTS - Our cyclorama stage is pre-equipped with six Aputure B7C RGB bulbs. - These bulbs have full RGB spectrum capability and can be set to any light. - These bulbs are free to use and easily controlled on our studio iPad. SEAMLESS BACKDROP COLORS - Our studio maintains several on-site colored backdrops. - These backdrops are free for all studio guests to use. - If you would like a specific color ready for your shoot, please let us know and we'd be happy to source it for you. The cost of the color roll will be added back to your renter account. SOUND DETAILS - Please be advised that our studio has a feint humming noise. - This noise can from time-to-time be picked up by directional mics. - If you are filming interview content, we recommend that you capture "room audio" - Sound editors can easily snip the noise's frequency out of your source audio file. - Note of course that it's possible that humming noise doesn’t impede your shoot, but we'd like to be transparent on the front end so you’re aware :) OVERTIME FEE - OT is charged by the hour at 1.5x your base booking time (1.50x). - We'll do our best to accommodate all OT requests but cannot guarantee. - Remember your booking is your set up and clean up time. - Please make sure you are out by the end of your booking to avoid any additional fees. LATE CHANGE FEES - Requests to change your booking's start time within 24HR of the original time are subject to a $55.00 charge due to change of host schedule and possible bookings that could have been at your time. - All requests to change your book's date must be made within 7 Days of originally scheduled booking. Requests to change date/cancel made inside of 7 Days are subject to a 50% charge due to possible bookings that could have been at your time. STAGE DAMAGE FEE ($150) - Puncturing cyclorama wall - Footprints / damage marks to 'do not stand' areas of cyc wall (NO standing on curve of wall) - Ruined lights - Ruined equipment - Ruined furniture OVERNIGHT EQUIPMENT STORAGE - If needed, we are happy to store your equipment overnight for a fee of $100.00.
