Hi I'm Chance! Welcome to our studio. We are located just outside of Beverly Hills along LA's historic Miracle Mile district. Our clean, professional and intimate creative space is perfect for photography shoots, social campaigns, fashion editorial shoots, product photography, creative content shoots, commercial spots, music videos, album cover shoots and more. We offer a ~blank space~ to create. The studio features an L-shaped cyclorama wall (16' x 9' x 12'), green screen capabilities and a variety of colored seamless backdrops. LOCATION 6363 Wilshire Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90048 COMPLIMENTARY EQUIPMENT - 5 25lbs Sandbags - 5 C-stands - 3 Matthews 24x36" flags - 2 Apple boxes - 2 Stinger extension chords - 1 Power strip - 3 Director's Chairs (black) - 1 Wardrobe Racks - 1 Folding table (large) - 1 Folding table (small) - 5 Fold-up chairs (black) - 4 Fold-up chairs (colored/patterned) - 1 white leather stool - 6 Aputure B7C RGB Accent Lights (pre-installed in ceiling above cyc stage) - Assorted Colored Seamless Pulls - Small stepstool ***Please NOTE additional LIGHTING PACKAGES are available for rent under Add-Ons*** ADDITIONAL INCLUDED AMENITIES - Wardrobe, vanity and hair/makeup area - Full-length mirror - Sonos, bluetooth, wifi, HVAC - 2 common area restrooms M/F - Clothes steamer - Black-out blinds - Vaccuum FRESH PAINT FOR THE CYC - We do our best to maintain a beautiful cyc for all guests, including sanitization and blemish removal before every booking. - However it is unfeasible to paint the white cyc freshly white in between each guest. - The cyc is typically bright and clean, however if you would like to ensure the cyc is 100% polished, we encourage you to add the "Fresh Coat of Paint" from our Add-Ons menu PARKING SITUATION - 1 Free parking spot (enter lot between building and Jersey Mike's) - $25.00 all-day parking lot ($10 after 4PM/weekends) - Metered parking available on Wilshire - Additional FREE PARKING available one block north on 6th Street (between La Jolla and Crescent Heights) and one block south on Crescent Heights (south of Wilshire) ELEVATOR / ACCESS - Our studio is located on the ground floor for easy load-in and load-out access. RGB COLORED STAGE LIGHTS - Our cyc stage is pre-equipped with six Aputure B7C RGB bulbs. - These bulbs have full RGB spectrum capability and can be set to any light. - These bulbs are free to use and easily controlled on our studio iPad. SEAMLESS BACKDROP COLORS - Our studio maintains several on-site colored backdrops. - These backdrops are free for all studio guests to use. - If you would like a specific color ready for your shoot, please let us know and we'd be happy to source it for you. The cost of the color roll will be added back to your renter account. SOUND DETAILS - Please be advised that our studio has a prevalent humming noise that can be picked up by directional mics. - Because of this we don’t openly advertise as an audio studio. - If you are filming interview content, we recommend that you capture "room audio" - Sound editors are able to snip the noise's frequency out of your source audio file. - Note of course that it's possible that humming noise doesn’t impede your shoot (it stems from the bldg’s hvac chiller system which, sometimes is, not on), but we'd like to be transparent on the front end so you’re aware - You may also find from time-to-time that passerbys in the external hallway cause a noise intrusion to your shoot. Though it would only be momentary OVERTIME FEE - OT is charged by the hour at 1.5x your base booking time. Exceptions are permitted on a case by case basis - We'll do our best to accommodate all OT requests but cannot guarantee. - Remember your booking is your set up and clean up time. - Please make sure you are out by the end of your booking to avoid any additional fees. STAGE DAMAGE FEE ($150) - Puncturing cyclorama wall - Footprints / damage marks to 'do not stand' areas of cyc wall (NO standing on curve of wall) - Ruined lights - Ruined equipment - Ruined furniture OVERNIGHT EQUIPMENT STORAGE - If needed, we are happy to store your equipment overnight for a fee of $75.00.
