About the Space
Come utilize this brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bath Charming modern eclectic apartment! The vibrant colors throughout this unit would be great for activities such as music videos, photoshoots or larger gatherings looking for a fun place to stay. Rooftop access, gym, parking and washer/dryer all included! It is near the SoFi Stadium, LAX, Santa Monica and Manhattan Beach. We hope you book with us!

Parking description
Two garage parking spots and free street parking in front and on the side of the apartment building. The only parking restriction is Mon-Fri from 4pm-6pm. There is no street parking in front of the building.
General Rules
- No smoking in the building
- No loud music after 11pm
- No pets allowed
- Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
- All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing
- Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
- Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
- Front door must be locked upon departure from the space

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We dust all surfaces such as window sills, hanging light fixtures, picture frames, furniture, and baseboards. We finish with a thorough vacuuming. In bedrooms, we also include the option to vacuum the master closet and make up the bed.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
