About the Space
Open space concept photo studio with industrial and boho vibes, perfect for baby/kid & family photo sessions and boudoir photo sessions. **Summer is coming in HOT! I have a portable AC unit that occupies the left window, feel free to uninstall during your photo shoot if it is in the way, or you can easily move it around and just work around it!** Queen size bed available with several bedding options provide perfect set up for baby/kid/family lifestyle photos or boudoir photos. Beautiful large gold mirrors. Many furniture options including off-white sofa, boho mini toddler peacock set, and a variety of chairs. Two large north facing windows provide beautiful, filtered natural light. Exposed brick and antique hardwood floors that showcase the style and character of the 100+ year old building. White walls with a portable wall (painted black on one side and painted teal on the other side) available for use. *Newly added BATHTUB PROP** Yay, exciting...this fun piece is a stage PROP for photography use only- do not allow your clients (especially young children) to climb in and out/play with the prop, please use cautiously as it is a fragile handmade piece. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
