Designed for the Icons, this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom LA inspired townhome located in between Hollywood and Koreatown is the perfect booking for creatives. Decorated with some of the most influential LA celebrities and pops of color throughout the unit its sure to embody the LA lifestyle. Newly renovated giving you comfort, security & quality like no other. Indoor space can be used for filming and photoshoots. Outdoor courtyard is available to you if needed. Private bathrooms and full kitchen.

Parking description
Two garage spots and free parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please make sure to read all posted signage before parking. You cannot block the garage as the neighbors will tow you.

Large windows with natural light in each room. Every room has blackout curtains, brightest midday until sunset.

General Rules
- No smoking in the building
- No loud music after 11pm
- No pets allowed
- No blocking the garage
- Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
- All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing
- Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
- Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
- Front door must be locked upon departure from the space

Production and Entertainment General Liability Insurance that has property damage coverage and third person bodily injury liability is required.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture and wall decor can be moved as needed, so long as they are returned back to their original spot. I would prefer that furniture is not removed from the building.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We dust all surfaces such as window sills, hanging light fixtures, picture frames, furniture, and baseboards. We finish with a thorough vacuuming. In bedrooms, we also include the option to vacuum the master closet and make up the bed.
Every Time Procedures:

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
