We provide innovative Film and Music Production solutions for big and small projects in the tristate area. This facility hosts 8 films sets 1.Hospital Set 2. Jail Set 3.Police Office 4. Interrogation Set 5.Courtroom Set 6.Light room.interview Set 7. Event/Screening 8. Recording /Editing /Podcast suite for your music and film needs. This beautiful event space with exposed brick and bar can be used for events as well as photo and video shoots. The open nature of the space allows it to suit many different event needs, including, birthdays, baby showers, product launch events, corporate events, exhibitions, lectures, and much more.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space was perfect for the scenes needed to be filmed. The area was accessible to all my filming needs. Bella was amazing, friendly, inviting and extremely helpful. She meet us downstairs and made sure we had everything we needed and answered all and any questions I had. I would highly recommend this space and the other spaces available thru Chalita. I’m definitely going to book again very soon for the jail space. Thank you again for confirming the booking and big thanks to Bella who made this experience very easy for myself and my cast.
