Welcome to a bit of paradise in the middle of the city! Palm Tree Paradise is a low-key home, made to hang out in and celebrate with your favorite people. This spacious unit offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, sprinkled with thoughtful touches that make you feel right at home.

Parking description
Two garage parking spots and free street parking in front and on the side of the apartment building. The only parking restriction is Mon-Fri from 4pm-6pm. There is no street parking in front of the building.
General Rules
- No smoking in the building
- No loud music after 11pm
- No pets allowed
- Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
- All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing
- Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
- Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
- Front door must be locked upon departure from the space

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We dust all surfaces such as window sills, hanging light fixtures, picture frames, furniture, and baseboards. We finish with a thorough vacuuming. In bedrooms, we also include the option to vacuum the master closet and make up the bed.
Every Time Procedures:

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
