About the Space

All you need to do is meet, discuss, co-create and align. The room includes an UltraHD 65" LCD portable screen and a generously sized meeting table that can take up to 10 attendants or fewer. Chairs are portable, and the main table is configurable as three tables or one large table in training formation. For presentation and training formation, a large-scale enterprise projector is also available for your use room. The room features with electric outlets and various charger formats such as MagSafe 3 (New MacBooks and modern Laptops), MagSafe 2 (Older MacBooks), Lightening (iPhone), and USB-C (Android Phones) are available upon request. It also features a teleconferencing microphone unit designed to crystallize sound for discussion if anyone is attending online. Attached to the team is an AppleTV 4K so you can stream effortlessly from most of your devices and share valuable insights on your screen with others. Last but not least, food makes every meeting better. We have a kitchenette available in the common area, and it can be used during your event if you choose to cater food. Need more space, we have an additional breakout rooms for four available to book if you're looking for space to extend.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves

  • Hand Sanitizer

Affordable and had everything we needed. If you're looking for a simple and equipped conference room within an atypical environment, this might be a good fit for you. The host was helpful and communicative. We even met a few dogs while we were there which was wonderful.

They were super friendly and accommodating, they even upgraded us rooms for free since it was available during our booking window. The location was also super great, plenty of free parking. The only downside was that there was a dog on site that was a bit disruptive at times, but it wasn’t anything over the top. This is a great host and I would not only recommend, but I would book again.
