About the Space
Large open storefront gallery space. Perfect for Pop ups, Art Galleries, Photoshoots, Film shoots and Production Offices and Workshops. We also rent equipment. Film Cameras, Motion Picture Cameras, Digital Stills Cameras and we have a large inventory of lighting equipment and strobes. ask about our all inclusive packages, for Music Videos, Photoshoots, Event Space and Art Galleries. We can also do custom installations and light Design upon request.

EVENT SPACE
6 hour minimum on weekends.
Requested rental period is inclusive of load-in, setup, tear down, and clean up.
All materials you bring to the studio, must leave with you.
Event insurance and a damage deposit may be required.
We require that guests notify us of any damage.
A walk-through is required at the beginning and end of all bookings.
We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items.
You are responsible for providing security for all events with alcohol, and for ensuring there is no underage drinking. .
Client is responsible for securing needed tables and chairs. The studio has a few tables and chairs available, and we can provide a list of rental companies upon request. Written approval is required for any early delivery or late pickup of rental items.
Client may decorate the studio as long as there is no damage to walls, floors, mirrors, furnishings, equipment, etc. Decorations must be approved before use and can be hung with Scotch tape or 3M Command Strips.
No glitter, silly string, or duct tape allowed in the studio.
No tape on the floor (will damage finish).
A representative for the studio may be working quietly in the office during your rental period.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our entire space is professional maintained by our staff at Machina Studios. After every booking our staff cleans and prepares the space following California state guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:

- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
