About the Space
We are offering access to our yard space, which includes a fire pit, small grassy area and play set area for kids. There is also use of the grill, (must be requested at time of booking and renters are responsible for cleaning after event). This space is perfect for - Parties (birthdays - children/adult) - Networking socials - Photo shoots - Painting sessions - Corporate social events

There is ample street parking available and a 4 car drive way (must request use during booking).
General Rules
General Rules:
Guests are permitted to use outdoor facilities (backyard and side porch) and the basement indoor bathroom only.
No illegal activities permitted
Alcohol use is fine but no smoking/vaping under any circumstance.
There will be an extra fee of $100, if rules are found to be broken. No Exceptions!
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There is an active security system with cameras in the front and rear of the home.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Supply hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol for use outdoors.
Clean and sanitize common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, entrances, outdoor furniture and grill.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
