1. The client will only be able to make use of the location during the period and the object agreed on the budget. The price includes the rental of the location during the contracted hours.
2. It does not include the hiring of assistants, cleaning during the hired hours, cargo personnel or assistance in moving furniture. It does not include any material that is not specified in the data sheet of the location and/or in the budget sent to the client.
3. A final basic cleaning is included. The client is responsible for the removal of all small and/or difficult-to-clean material (confetti, haircuts, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.), and all debris and garbage bags generated by the client du- ring the rental period. In case the client does not com- ply with the above, an additional extra charge will be applied for cleaning.
4. In the hours contracted, the entire process is contemplated (loading, installation, disassembly, in addition to the preparation of models).
5. As a courtesy, entry is allowed 5 minutes before the contracted time, to verify the space and to unload material. In case the client wants to arrive earlier, an extra hour will be charged.
6. The spaces are rented with furniture, said furniture may change without prior notice. It is always recommended to visit the space before production to check the current status. In case of wanting to make any changes or move furniture, the client will be responsible for safeguarding said furniture. shoot. has an assistance service to move the furniture if necessary, at an extra cost. The spaces can be rented without furniture (ask if you want to hire some of these services. This need must be informed at least 72 hours in advance and is subject to availability). If you want to make a change or construction such as painting a wall, nailing or any other modification, you should consult with shoot. As a general rule, the client can transform the space to their liking, as long as they return it in the state they found it
7. shoot. is a pet friendly company, but the client must notify in advance.
8. Dangerous substances, flammable materials or pyrotechnic elements cannot be introduced.
9. Access to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be allowed.
10. The spaces will be returned to shoot. in the same state in which they were at the beginning of the contracted hours, that is why clients are asked to take photos before modifying the space so that it’s returned the same way as they found it.
11. Music can be played in the spaces, but at all times it will be respected that the volume is adequate, so as not to disturb the neighbors. shoot. staff may require that it be lowered if it is considered appropriate.
12. The client undertakes to have civil liability insurance, valid for all people, the location and the furniture that is within the space during the use of it, any accident, injury or death be- ing covered, as well as complying with all the relevant legal health and safety procedures.
13. shoot. is not responsible for objects left anywhere in the contracted location and/or the public areas of the buildings. The space insurance does not cover thefts and/or malicious acts by third parties during working hours, so all attendees are requested to keep valuables in a safe place and not to neglect access to the studio to third parties.
14. shoot. is not responsible for unforeseen events arising from force majeure (power outages, breakdowns and any other non-daily unforeseen event).
15. The installation of carpeting is mandatory in all areas of the spaces with wooden floors that do not come out flat and that may be damaged (by the use of shoes, tripods, lights, woo- den or plastic boxes, wheels, suitcases, stairs or any kind of heavy volume). The common areas and elevators must also be protected to avoid any damage.
