Un precioso jardín de más de 50m2 donde predomina la vegetación, completan esta ubicación a tan solo una calle del Paseo de Gracia de la ciudad. Además, cuenta con varias salas anexas para apoyar la producción o la creación de nuevos decorados, así como un estudio fotográfico ambientado con fondos de color y un camerino. La imaginación no tiene límites en nuestros espacios, desde reuniones, team builing hasta rodajes y sesiones fotográficas. Todo lo que no se puede hacer en casa se puede hacer en este lugar, deje volar todas las ideas posibles en un ambiente cálido y relajado para que todo fluya. This apartment has a large dining room and living room with a fully equipped kitchen in white colors with a natural wood mobile island and stainless steel appliances. Additionally, it has several adjoining rooms to support production or creation of new sets, as well as a photographic studio set with colored backgrounds and a dressing room. General Rules
ES: 1. El cliente sólo podrá hacer uso del local durante el periodo y el objeto acordado en el presupuesto. El precio incluye el alquiler del local durante el horario contratado. 2. No incluye la contratación de asistentes, limpieza durante el horario contratado, personal de carga o asistencia en el traslado de mobiliario. No incluye ningún material que no esté especificado en la ficha técnica del local y/o en el presupuesto enviado al cliente. 3. Se incluye una limpieza básica final. El cliente es responsable de la retirada de todo el material pequeño y/o difícil de limpiar (confeti, cortes de pelo, plumas, productos alimenticios, pintura corporal, etc.), así como de todos los restos y bolsas de basura generados por el cliente durante el periodo de alquiler. En caso de que el cliente no cumpla con lo anterior, se aplicará un cargo adicional por la limpieza. 4. En las horas contratadas se contempla todo el proceso (carga, instalación, desmontaje, además de la preparación de los modelos). 5. Como cortesía, se permite la entrada 5 minutos antes de la hora contratada, para verificar el espacio y descargar el material. En caso de que el cliente quiera llegar antes, se cobrará una hora extra. 6. Los espacios se alquilan con mobiliario, dicho mobiliario puede cambiar sin previo aviso. Se recomienda siempre visitar el espacio antes de la producción para comprobar el estado actual. En caso de querer realizar algún cambio o mover el mobiliario, el cliente será responsable de salvaguardar dicho mobiliario. shoot. dispone de un servicio de asistencia para mover el mobiliario si es necesario, con un coste extra. Los espacios pueden alquilarse sin mobiliario (consultar si se desea contratar alguno de estos servicios. Esta necesidad debe ser informada con al menos 72 horas de antelación y está sujeta a disponibilidad). Si desea realizar algún cambio o construcción como pintar una pared, clavar o cualquier otra modificación, consúltenos con antelación. Como norma general, el cliente puede transformar el espacio a su gusto, siempre que lo devuelva en el estado en que lo encontró 7. shoot. es una empresa que admite mascotas, pero el cliente debe avisar con antelación. 8. No se pueden introducir sustancias peligrosas, materiales inflamables o elementos pirotécnicos. 9. No se permitirá el acceso a nadie que esté bajo los efectos del alcohol o de sustancias ilegales. 10. Los espacios se devolverán en el mismo estado en el que se encontraban al inicio de las horas contratadas, por lo que se pide a los clientes que hagan fotos antes de modificar el espacio para que se devuelva tal y como lo encontraron. 11. Se puede poner música en los espacios, pero en todo momento se respetará que el volumen sea el adecuado, para no molestar a los vecinos. nuestro personal podrá exigir que se baje si lo considera oportuno. 12. El cliente se compromete a disponer de un seguro de responsabilidad civil, válido para todas las personas, el local y el mobiliario que se encuentre dentro del espacio durante el uso del mismo, quedando cubierto cualquier accidente, lesión o muerte, así como el cumplimiento de todos los procedimientos legales de seguridad e higiene pertinentes. 13. no nos hacemos responsables de los objetos dejados en cualquier lugar del local contratado y/o de las zonas públicas de los edificios. El seguro del espacio no cubre los robos y/o actos malintencionados de terceros durante el horario de trabajo, por lo que se ruega a todos los asistentes que guarden los objetos de valor en un lugar seguro y que no descuiden el acceso al estudio a terceros. 14. no nos hacemos responsables de los imprevistos de fuerza mayor (cortes de luz, averías y cualquier otro imprevisto no cotidiano). 15. Es obligatoria la instalación de moqueta en todas las zonas de los espacios con suelos de madera que no salgan planos y que puedan ser dañados (por el uso de zapatos, trípodes, luces, cajas de madera o plástico, ruedas, maletas, escaleras o cualquier tipo de volumen pesado). Las zonas comunes y los ascensores también deben estar protegidos para evitar cualquier daño. EN: 1. The client undertakes to have civil liability insurance, valid for all people, the location and the furniture that is within the space during the use of it, any accident, injury or death be- ing covered, as well as complying with all the relevant legal health and safety procedures. 13. we are no responsible for objects left anywhere in the contracted location and/or the public areas of the buildings. The space insurance does not cover thefts and/or malicious acts by third parties during working hours, so all attendees are requested to keep valuables in a safe place and not to neglect access to the studio to third parties. 14. we are no responsible for unforeseen events arising from force majeure (power outages, breakdowns and any other non-daily unforeseen event). 15. The installation of carpeting is mandatory in all areas of the spaces with wooden floors that do not come out flat and that may be damaged (by the use of shoes, tripods, lights, woo- den or plastic boxes, wheels, suitcases, stairs or any kind of heavy volume). The common areas and elevators must also be protected to avoid any damage.

Before and after each reservation there is a cleaning procedure to maintain the safety of our clients.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
