Welcome to LE SPACE! This beautifully decorated, modern and cozy space is an artists studio collective. We are a community of artists, filmmakers, designers and we use our studio during the day for work purposes. At night, the space turns into a place for social gatherings, networking events, music performances, film screenings. Le Space can be booked during the day too, upon availability. This is NOT a place suited for big parties. Our space has large south-facing windows that let light pour in. It is conveniently located in prime Williamsburg, Brooklyn, right by the Mc Carren Park. An 8-minute walk from both the Bedford L and Lorimer L/ G subway stops, and surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and hotels. PRICING: our weekly rate is $135/hour during the weekdays, with an additional 30$/hour for groups over 40 people. Our weekend rate is 200$/hour and starts Friday evening all the way through Sunday evening. There is a cleaning fee of $150. For special events such as big birthday parties, weddings, etc. the cleaning fee may be higher (please inquire with us directly). We offer a 10% discount if you book a minimum of 8 hours with us. 🜁 Amenities: • Wifi • Film projector • Speakers with adaptor to connect to your Iphone • AC/ Heating • Full bathroom • Freight elevator (Please note that this is an old freight elevator. If you need to use it, please let us know ahead of time. Our office manager or the super can help operate it, however if you have to use it a lot, we don't recommend it). 🜁 For events: Kitchen & Dining (What's Included): - Fully equipped kitchen with huge wooden island work table, open kitchen shelves. - Refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. - Coffee maker. - Large family-style dining table that seats 12 people. (12 chairs included with space) - Sets of dinnerware (dishware, flatware & glassware). - Speakers (not bluetooth, but you can plug your phone in) Add-on Items (Rental available): - Tables - Chairs - Tablecloths 🜁 For photoshoots (Rental available): -Backdrop -C-stands -Smoke Machine RULES » Minimum of 4 hours booking » Big rager parties not allowed » No smoking in the building » Music needs to be at a reasonable volume » Please turn off AC or heat, turn off lights when you leave » Please include time for clean up to leave the space as you found it 🜁 Check-In The host will greet you upon arrival and stick around until you are settled with everything you need. The host will not be present during your reservation, but will be available by phone and email. 🜂 Check-Out We provide you with a 15 minute grace period for clean up (subject to availability) for any reservations over 4 hours. We ask that you turn off the music and encourage your guests to wrap up their drinks and conversations inside while clean up is happening. Once it's passed, 1.5x hourly rate overtime will be added to the final bill accordingly. Please expect to communicate with us during this time so it can be determined when we need to return for a walkthrough and lock up. 1,600 square feet | 3rd floor Please Note: Security Cameras On-Site.

The space was super cute and bigger/more spacious than what it looks like in the pics!! Everyone in my party loved it! Amenities were great, place was clean. The only downside was that the AC and fans were not that strong to cool down the entire space, so most of us were a bit overheated.

I had reserved this space last minute for my 30th birthday party! It was spacious and welcoming. The amenities included were great, we could play music, chill in the hammock and had plenty of space to relax. I would totally recommend this studio!

The host was very responsive. The space was as advertised. We had a party in there. The only thing I would suggest is that there be more help in getting access to the space. We had a few guests with mobility issues and using the elevator was difficult. But the person was helpful.
