About the Space
Spacious 1200 sqft loft (exact floor plan measurements available on request). The loft is on the second floor of a building with a few other offices. Even during peak business hours the floor is almost silent and there's next to no foot traffic. Our loft is located at the top of one flight of stairs and there is also an elevator right inside the ground floor entrance (elevator door measurements available on request as well). You will have access to the entire space when booking which includes EIGHT different unique setups (and the flexibility to rearrange and move ANYTHING you want). The space is great for: - Photo shoots - Film shoots (despite its proximity to the BQE the space is incredibly quiet at nearly all times of day. You're welcome to scout if you have any concerns!) - Events - Birthday Parties - Private Meetings - Conferences - Script readings - And many more! There are a plethora of couches, chairs, ottomans, side tables, rugs, props etc. Anything you see in photos will be available to use - plus many more. ***10% discount for crews/teams that are 100% women

This space was absolutely beautiful!! The variety of wallpapers, furniture, lamps and props made it really easy to film multiple interviews in one day for a documentary. The host was also wonderful to work with and very communicative. There is a bit of miscellaneous sound so if you're filming video, make sure to bring proper sound equipment for variable sound, but it's worth it for the space.
