Book your upcoming event in this beautiful theater & studio, originally built in 1946. We are located in a peaceful Pasadena neighborhood with ample street parking. The open floor plan allows us to host a variety of events! We can provide: - Spacious stage: 37' x 15' - Smooth wood floors - 55 cushion chairs - Selection of mirrors - Selection of various sized tables - Sound system - Lofted ceilings/skylights for natural light - Outdoor patio (smoking or non-smoking) We're perfect for: - Live music - Theater productions - Dance rehearsal - Photoshoots - Weddings and receptions - Art gallery shows - Conferences - All parties & social gatherings Please contact us with information about your event so we can customize your rental to meet your needs!

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
