About the Space

You can literally do whatever you’d like in this newly remodeled Salon/Flex Space! We’ve kept the space as versatile as possible with the ability to remove all salon furniture for an open 900 sq ft space with modern cabinets for storage and quartz countertops for workstations, displays or catering, etc.! In our salon you can utilize the space for freelance hair appointments to impress your clients and draw new ones in! Train your new staff or shoot and record for content or a commercial! There are two fully functional hair stations and 2 shampoo stations. Hair tools are available upon request. This space can also be utilized as a training location for any and everything in the beauty industry. There is a large meeting table that can comfortably seat 8. Utilizing all Salon furniture and space, as well as massage beds, ring lights, facial steamers and other beauty equipment upon request. Everything but the cabinets and can be removed for a fully open space. Can be used for shoots, classes, trainings, meetings, events, parties and more.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

We did a salon theme for our daughter's 7th birthday and this place was perfect. We had 7 girls and about 8-10 adults. Its a really nice layout with a big table for activities/cake and a separate couch for the adults to sit and still feel spacious. The girls loved sitting in the salon chairs. I know its primarily rented as an actual salon, but we love'd it for our party and even talked about it being fun place to do an adult party too. The owner is also very responsive.

I recently rented this salon space and I have to say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The space was stunning, with modern decor and everything I needed to create a beautiful and inviting atmosphere for my students. From the comfortable chairs to the well-lit mirrors, every detail was taken care of. The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a successful day. They were also very responsive to my questions and made the entire booking process a breeze. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, functional, and comfortable space to host their clients. Five stars all around!
