About the Space
Welcome to our photo and video production studio! The entire multi-level space is 3600+ square feet with a cyclorama/green screen studio, recording studio, editing room, kitchenette, and bathroom on the ground floor. All lighting can be blocked out for a controlled lighting environment. The lofted second floor is a modern and inviting furnished set with designer furniture accents, modern art, and large plants. This space is included in the rental. The various spaces can be used for portraits, fashion photography, and products. Also, filmmakers can utilize the space and create different sets for music videos, interviews for documentaries, and livestreams. We are also a production studio, so should you need crew members for your project, we have a full team for filming, lighting, and audio for hire. Contact us to coordinate. Please let us know what equipment you might need prior to the shoot. Basic grip and lighting is included.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
