About the Space

This beautiful backyard is the perfect gathering for groups of 20-40 people for a baby shower, bridal shower, dinner party or birthday celebration. It's the perfect space to make your event how you want it. It has two sides - hardscape, perfect for seating and dinning and the other side has a large pool with ample room. There are two separate entrances on each side of the house with easy wheelchair access. The house has great curb appeal and sits on a private lane. We're right on the border of Walnut Creek, minutes away from Starbucks, Safeway and other popular restaurants and 10 minutes away from downtown Walnut Creek! We will always be on site in case you need any assistance throughout your booking.

General Rules: - No smoking - No loud music, DJ or Band - Walk on the concrete path and avoid walking in the bark or on plants - Be respectful of the place and neighbors - close the gate once done Decor Rules: - No nails, screws, staples, or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to walls, or building. Use double sides tape only. - No glitter or confetti of any kind of chemical pigment is allowed on site. - No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. Pool Safety Rules: (Pool closed November-April) - No glassware within the pool area - Proper pool attire - Swimming pool liability waiver MUST be signed before event. Trash Disposal Rules - All Trash should be placed in bags or in the bins - Remove all event decorations and recycle - No littering - Leave the space tide and organized once the event is over Setup & Breakdown is all included in your booking hours. - In need of extra setup and decoration removal time, please consult with hosts before booking. - Extra time will incur in additional charges Thanks for understanding.
