About the Space
Our home is ideal for photo and video shoots of any size. It is incredibly private and almost entirely windows on all sides with an incredible 5 mile view… (looks like you’re at Blackberry Mountain) 8 sided 5000 sf home with a rustic modern design and restoration hardware furniture 16 ft windows and epic views. Deck surrounds the home for indoor or outdoor shooting of the living room / dining room / kitchen Full basement with speak easy style bar 3 story fireplace Huge pool and private 2 acres with swings, fire pits, trampoline, hot tub, and evening lighting

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This home provided so much value to our video shoot. The textures, interior design, location, and preferred lighting elevated the look we were going for. There's so many options for framing up shots indoors and outdoors (only a light amount of airplane noise and very distant construction at the time of our shoot). Hosts are incredibly nice, and easy to communicate with. We'll be back to film again!

Blake's house was an absolute perfect space for us to host our elopement celebration party! He was very accommodating and responsive which really helped with our planning and set up. The house was quite literally a dream house- so aesthetically pleasing in every way! His flexibility and hospitality helped make this weekend one we and our friends will never ever forget 😊
