The Mansion Uptown Event space was a furnished and designed to host social events, meetings, or simply large groups looking for collaborative space for work. The space available includes over 3500 square feet of polished and stained concrete floors with vintage 20 foot arched wooden exposed beam ceilings. The space has been professionally designed and furnished by new luxury furnishings brand Mansion District and includes a large rectangular table for 10, a round table for 8, 3 separate soft seating areas with sofas and chairs, and a dedicated conference room with seating for 12. All surrounded with beautiful chandeliers and lighting to bring a sense of style and luxury to your event. There is also a separate dedicated office with classic large desk and Podcast quality mic setup. The space is also outfitted with state of the art technology to make your event a success. The conference room features a 75” OLED screen with a Neat Bar Zoom camera and microphone system for any Zoom Meetings or conferences. The main area features a Vibe board for digital collaboration (digital whiteboard), an 85” TV over the fireplace, and a 110” projector in front of the large dining like table. Lastly, there are two dedicated bathrooms with marble tile walls, custom slab sinks, and style you won’t see outside of an RH Gallery. There also exists a small kitchenette area with mini fridge, microwave, and Nespresso machine plus kitchen sink and garbage disposal.
