The main floor consists of a bright, open living room with light hardwood floors, dining area and large open, white cabinet kitchen, and a 1/2 bathroom Only the office and guest room on the second floor is available for use. The master bedroom will be locked. This space can be used for photography or filmography There is also a small fenced-in outdoor patio on the ground level, with patio furniture and a fire pit.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
