Authentic 1960s apartment. Original wood floors and 1960s architecture. Furniture and decor reflective of the time. The space has multiple windows. Is it on the second floor. It is a private space with one bedroom, one bath, a small kitchen, living room, desk space and seating area. It is a private, creative space that works well for photo shoots, video, inspiration. Separate dressing and staging area available for rental. Video equipment, green screen, reflector screen, lights also available for rental.

Parking description
There is a driveway that leads up to the front door for drop-off and free large parking lot within 100 feet of property that will hold 50+ cars.
General Rules
No smoking of any kind in any indoor space.
No littering.
Outside catering is allowed.
Nudity okay.
No alcohol allowed after 8:00 pm.
No loud music after 8:00 pm.
15 people maximum in space.
Video equipment rental separate.

Health and Safety Measures
Property is professionally cleaned between rentals.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
