Where style meets creativity! The studio is located in the heart of Prince George's County - Lanham, Maryland. Located off of Route 50 and I-495/I-95. This studio provides you with space to allow your creativity and style to manifest in your content. Studio includes a backdrop, lighting, seating and everything you need to create the perfect video or photo. The studio is perfect for a small to medium shoot. It is not intended to be used as a set itself or to film a video with more than one to two individuals. Space details: -Ample parking -Shared restroom for men and women (2 stalls) -Booking is for the photo studio only. If you would like to use the lobby seating area please let me know. There is an additional charge to use the lobby seating area. -When booking, please let me know which backdrop you would like to use in your message. Booking includes one back drop for free. Additional backdrops are $25 and must be indicated at the time of the booking. Please use as minimal paper as possible. (Available backdrops: White, Black, Green and Gray). -Smoke/Smoking of any kind is not allowed and will incur a $400 fee. Smoking includes but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana and/or fog machine. - The use of glitter, confetti or any small particle is not allowed.
